Belfield Consulting and Training is a team of Six Sigma Black Belts with many years of experience in solving quality problems.We provide Six Sigma training for organizations interested in developing these valuable skills. Additionally, we are available for Six Sigma project work.

Our emphasis is on the application of statistical techniques in problem solving. The enormous cost impact of problems in manufacturing warrants a new approach to finding solutions. Our methods are sound, statistically based and highly successful. Our business is industrial problem solving and we are continually developing our work in this field.

Chris Butterworth is Master Black Belt at Belfield, specializing in statistical methods training and problem solving for manufacturers. He has over 25 years experience in product development, manufacturing and Quality where he has focused on problem solving and process performance improvement. In various roles from Statistical Quality Leader to Six Sigma Manager, he has been successful in solving elusive, chronic problems that had been plaguing companies and reducing their profits. Chris has trained hundreds of people in the Six Sigma body of knowledge.

Chris is an ASQ certified Master Black Belt and holds other professional certifications in Quality Management. He teaches the Design of Experiments and Six Sigma courses at British Columbia Institute of Technology and has been a speaker on the topic of Six Sigma at a number of events in Canada.
