ANALYTICS WORKSHOPS FOR MANUFACTURers

TEchnical  problem solving for MAnufacturers and PRoduct Developers

This is a five-day workshop that will develop your team's analytical skills.  Students learn key ideas from the fields of applied statistics and data science. Statistical engineering and clue generating techniques are also introduced. Students will also use open-source software for creating plots of data and for statistical analysis. 

Design & Analysis of Experiments

This workshop is an advanced workshop that teaches the student how to design and analyse a factorial experiment design. This is one of the key skills that separates the Six Sigma Black Belt from other improvement practitioners.

Statistical process control (spc)

This workshop is suited for the technical person(s) responsible for process performance. 

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)

The new FMEA handbook is out.

This workshop introduces the latest methods from the AIAG.
